CONSULTATION: A consultation with the Homeowner and/or Realtor will begin with a walk-through and evaluation of each room. We’ll discuss the home’s best features and areas we need to address. We’ll offer solutions and enhancements and help set up a priority list to fit the homeowner’s schedule. If time allows, we will restage a small area of your home for free so you can see for yourself the difference it can make.

THE STAGING DAY: A staging day usually consists of 4 – 8 hours, depending on the size of the home and number of rooms scheduled to be staged. We will follow a detailed Action Plan and you won’t believe the difference even a few hours can make. At the end of the day, the homeowner receives a copy of the plan, in order to complete the transformations. 

DO IT YOURSELF ACTION PLAN: The “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Action Plan is a report detailing staging and various upgrades recommended prior to listing or showing the home. It includes vendor recommendations and other helpful tips. 

NEW LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE STAGING WEEKEND: This service would be perfect for homes about to go onto the market and for homes scheduled for an Open House. We’ll spend one to two days, prior to that weekend, transforming the house into a buyer’s dream.
